We serve a diverse range of users, from individual hobbyists to large multinational corporations, helping them protect their networks and manage internal access. We are currently looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join us in a full-time, remote capacity to help us build a future for the internet that is safe, sensible, and easy to use.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our engineering team to design and construct robust backend software components.
- Enhance the stability, scalability, and overall efficiency of our system resources.
- Build and maintain features that support various sign-on methods, including SSO, OAuth2, SAML, and WebAuthn, while managing user and group synchronization from identity providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with distributed systems and at least one SQL database.
- Strong familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OIDC, OAuth2, SSO, and SAML.
- A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and IP addressing.
- Proficiency in the Go programming language is a significant advantage, as it powers most of our backend.
- The ability to work independently, provide constructive feedback, and adapt to the fast-paced environment of a growing startup.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation once you are fully acquainted with our platform.
What we offer
