- Proficiency in Golang and Java for backend development.
- Experience with Kubernetes, GCP, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modeling, along with experience using Kafka for event-driven design.
- Familiarity with Rust and legacy scripting languages is considered a plus.
- A proven track record of measuring and optimizing system throughput.
- Previous experience participating in an on-call rotation with a focus on incident response and system stability.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We believe in rewarding impact and supporting our team from day one. You will have access to a comprehensive suite of perks and benefits, including:
- Hybrid work environment with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
- Unlimited vacation policy, with a mandatory annual minimum of three weeks and a company-wide holiday shutdown.
