We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Photographer and Videographer to join our successful real estate agency in Germany. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and want to help our clients fall in love with our properties through high-quality content, we would love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

Capture and edit professional photos and videos of properties for our marketing materials, including website listings and social media.
Collaborate with our external agency to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute content campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to refine our strategy.
Document our daily operations, including client viewings and internal events, to create engaging behind-the-scenes content.
Support our broader marketing efforts by developing fresh content formats and maintaining our brand identity.
Stay up to date with current marketing trends to ensure our visual presence remains modern and effective.

Must-haves

Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software for post-production.
Experience with social media platforms and management tools such as the Meta Business Suite or Canva.
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating visual content.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Fluency in German.
An organized, self-driven approach to managing your daily tasks.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working within the real estate industry.
