Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Photo & Post Production Editor to join our studio team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our Downtown Los Angeles office. You will serve as a key creative partner to our Art Director and Photographer, balancing high-level digital asset management with hands-on photography work.

Your impact

• Act as the primary point person for all photo file management, ensuring seamless coordination of retouching workflows and final imagery delivery.
• Maintain our high brand standards by performing expert retouching, cropping, and color correction while managing external vendor relationships to meet tight deadlines.
• Support our studio productivity by occasionally stepping on set to assist with lighting, equipment, tethering, and capturing both on-model and still-life photography.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should be a highly organized creative who is comfortable switching between technical post-production tasks and active studio work. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Deep technical proficiency in CaptureOne and Photoshop, including the ability to create presets and perform precise color correction.
• Proven experience in digital asset management, file naming conventions, and managing complex photography archives.
• Strong on-set experience, including knowledge of camera settings, lighting, and equipment handling.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
• The ability to work on-site in Downtown LA Monday through Friday and travel within Southern California for location shoots.
• A professional portfolio and specific before-and-after retouching samples are required for consideration.
• Fluency in English.
