What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Switzerland. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives at the intersection of pharmaceutical expertise, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. You will be instrumental in shaping our future by taking on these core responsibilities:

• Managing the entire process of obtaining operating licenses and establishing our first physical pharmacy location.
• Designing and implementing robust quality management systems and pharmaceutical workflows.
• Leading the strategic development and operational launch of our integrated online pharmacy and e-commerce platform.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must hold a completed degree in pharmacy and possess a valid federal diploma in pharmacy. We are looking for someone who combines professional rigor with a passion for modern, digital healthcare solutions. You should have a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex regulatory environments. Exceptional communication skills in German are essential, as you will be acting as a key interface between our company, government authorities, and our internal tech and marketing departments. We value a hands-on mentality, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the drive to act like an owner in every task you undertake.
