What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Personal Cruise Consultant to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site position based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our guests, helping them navigate our diverse range of cruise options and ensuring they have all the information they need to book their next adventure with confidence.

What will you do?

• You will drive sales by reaching out to prospective travelers, identifying their specific vacation needs, and recommending the best cruise itineraries and stateroom options to match their preferences.
• You will cultivate long-term relationships with both new and returning guests by providing top-tier service, maintaining detailed contact records, and proactively suggesting travel opportunities based on their personal history with us.
• You will become an expert on our fleet and services, allowing you to clearly explain the benefits of our cruise products, pricing, and onboard amenities while participating in team training sessions to refine your sales approach.
