Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the U.S. You will be responsible for scaling our paid media efforts and driving growth by connecting new healthcare providers with our platform.
Your impact
- Own and optimize our search engine marketing strategy while exploring new acquisition channels like paid social and programmatic advertising.
- Design, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns, ensuring rigorous quality control and brand safety across all platforms.
- Refine our landing pages and conversion funnels to improve performance, using data-backed insights to guide your strategy.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who thrives in ad platforms and loves turning complex data into actionable marketing strategies. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can balance deep analysis with a bias for action.
- At least 5 years of experience managing SEM campaigns, with a solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau, and a basic understanding of SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
