Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing and play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy through paid acquisition.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy by managing campaigns across channels like SEM, paid social, and influencer marketing to maximize return on investment.
- Analyze funnel metrics and partner with our BI team to optimize for customer acquisition costs and lead quality.
- Develop and execute rigorous experimentation frameworks to uncover new growth opportunities and refine our advertising portfolio.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Deep expertise in web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- A solid grasp of SEO principles and experience using project management tools to keep cross-functional initiatives on track.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $109,000, depending on your specific geographic location and experience level. In addition to base pay, this role includes a variable compensation target of 10% of your base salary.
