What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a Full Time basis. This is a remote role available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for owning our paid acquisition engine and driving pipeline growth through innovative, data-driven strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and building scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and product-led channels.
- Developing automated workflows for campaign creation, optimization, and reporting using AI tools and APIs.
- Partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Content teams to ensure our acquisition strategy directly impacts revenue outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with over seven years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation within the B2B SaaS space. You should have a deep technical understanding of PPC, CRO, and attribution modeling, alongside a proven ability to leverage AI tools for creative production and workflow automation. Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Apollo, and Asana is essential. We value candidates who possess strong analytical skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English are required, as you will be managing cross-functional stakeholders and agencies to deliver consistent results.
