Performance Marketing Manager at Sendcloud

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Demand Creation team. In this role you will plan, execute, and optimise paid-media campaigns that generate high-quality leads and build market interest in our platform. You will work alongside two fellow performance marketers and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Design colleagues to turn strategic ideas into effective advertising.

Key outcomes

• Develop and manage paid-social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and similar channels that move prospects through the full demand-generation funnel.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to produce ad-specific assets that align with campaign objectives.
• Support fellow performance marketers with day-to-day campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
• Monitor market trends, identify new advertising opportunities, and design structured experiments to test them.
• Define and implement paid-media strategies, making tactical adjustments based on performance data.
• Own the demand-creation budget: forecast spend, allocate resources, and ensure campaigns remain within approved limits.
• Compile and present campaign results using the company’s reporting tools, highlighting insights that guide future decisions.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience running campaigns on TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads; familiarity with additional ad platforms is welcome.
• Proven work with a structured paid demand-generation funnel covering awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
• Strong self-organisation skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A growth mindset: willingness to experiment, learn from results, and iterate quickly.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with search-engine optimisation, including content strategy and relevant tools.
• Background in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on work with account-based marketing (ABM), marketing-automation platforms (MAP), and customer-relationship-management systems (CRMs).
• Growth-marketing experience, including conversion-rate optimisation, A/B testing, personalisation, and data-enrichment tools.
• Proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.
• Comfort working with data, including pivot tables and detailed performance analysis.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary that scales with both company performance and individual contributions. Additional benefits include 28 days of paid holiday per year on a full-time basis plus an extra day off around your birthday, a €500 home-office setup allowance, a €2,000 annual study budget, pension contributions, discounted health insurance, access to an on-site gym and weekly boot-camp sessions, and a four-week sabbatical after three years of service.
