About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead the execution of our digital advertising efforts, playing a critical part in acquiring new households and keeping our brand top-of-mind. You will oversee our full-funnel digital marketing strategy, spanning from initial awareness to final conversion and customer retention. This position requires close collaboration with our Digital Commerce, Shopper Marketing, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure our omni-channel campaigns and product launches are a success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and social channels, with a primary focus on Meta and Google.
- Track and measure campaign performance, generating regular reports that highlight growth trends and performance against historical benchmarks.
- Manage our advertising budget while researching and testing new channels to ensure we are spending efficiently to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience managing digital advertising and executing media buys for a brand.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in full-funnel marketing techniques and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
- Proficiency in the programmatic landscape, including experience with DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to refine strategies and communicate clear results.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location
This position is based at our headquarters in Park City, Utah, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
