Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social, digital display, and online video channels.
- Manage automated bidding strategies and implement emerging best practices to improve campaign performance.
- Execute testing workstreams for creative and content assets to support evergreen campaigns and product expansions.
- Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting lists to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee paid digital budgets, ensuring media investments are allocated efficiently to drive business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance impacts and align on growth strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding site traffic and lead generation.
- Ensure the accuracy of conversion tracking and attribution through rigorous quality assurance.
- Present performance insights and strategic logic to senior leadership.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within paid social and digital video or display channels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A passion for our mission to support small businesses.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with paid search strategies.
- Background in the technology or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic/DSP platforms.
- An advanced degree.

The base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $125,000 USD. We also offer the following perks:
