The opportunity
As our new part-time Performance Marketeer, you will help shape how potential clients discover and connect with Pionect. Working on-site in the Netherlands for 16 to 24 hours each week, you will own the day-to-day performance of our online channels, turning strategy into campaigns that reach the right decision-makers and continuously improve our results. Your work will sit at the heart of a flat, entrepreneurial organization where fresh thinking is welcomed and tested quickly.
A day in the life
- You set up, monitor, and refine Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, adjusting bids, audiences, and creative elements to improve performance.
- You conduct keyword research, strengthen our SEO efforts, and run A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy while tracking everything in Google Analytics.
- You review results, prepare clear reports, and bring new ideas to the team that can be implemented right away in our collaborative environment.
Who you are
You have hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and you feel confident working with SEO, keyword research, and tools such as Semrush. You enjoy analyzing performance data in GA4, spotting patterns, and turning insights into clear next steps. Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization is a plus, and you are comfortable writing or briefing ad and landing-page copy. You are proactive, independent, and data-driven, with either a relevant marketing education or one to two years of practical experience in a similar role. English is essential; Dutch is an advantage.
