The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Performance & Attribution Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between raw data and high-level business outcomes. You will take ownership of our omni-channel attribution models, ensuring that every touchpoint in the customer journey is measured with precision. By integrating information from CRM systems, advertising platforms, and web analytics, you will provide the evidence-based insights our clients need to optimize their investments and maximize their return on investment.
A day in the life
- You will design and refine sophisticated attribution models that accurately reflect the impact of various marketing channels on the overall customer journey.
- You will lead strategic interactions with clients, presenting your findings and evidence-based recommendations to help them make informed decisions about their media spend.
- You will manage the integration and cleaning of data from diverse sources, including CRM systems and advertising ecosystems, to ensure our reporting remains consistent and reliable.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a sharp analytical mind and a strategic approach to performance marketing. You have a proven track record of managing large-scale investments and are comfortable communicating complex concepts to executive-level stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- More than 5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or attribution modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- A strong background in integrating data from CRM/SRM platforms and various advertising ecosystems.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, allowing you to collaborate effectively across our global team and client base.
- A university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
