We are seeking a dedicated People Services Administrator to join our team on-site in the United States. As a national air carrier, we take pride in our role as an essential service provider, ensuring our operations remain robust and compliant with critical industry regulations. In this full-time position, you will serve as a vital link between our human resources objectives and our station operations, helping us maintain the high standards of service and safety that define our company.
Key outcomes
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for assigned roles, primarily focusing on part-time hourly positions.
- Ensure strict compliance with TSA and FAA regulations, including the management of SIDA badge processing and parking programs.
- Facilitate employee training, coaching, and various company programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support local leadership by handling administrative HR tasks such as payroll auditing, attendance tracking, and performance documentation.
- Represent our organization at job fairs and community career centers to attract top talent.
- Coordinate pre-hire requirements and maintain accurate employee records within our electronic filing systems.
- Collaborate with station management to assist with shift bidding processes and daily communication with our ground operations teams.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge for airport access.

Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working in a human resources role.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and experience using applicant tracking systems, with a preference for those familiar with UltiPro.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in program management and a solid understanding of general HR practices.
