What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Hungary. In this position, you will act as a strategic thought partner to our senior leaders, particularly within our Operations organization. You will be embedded in a fast-moving environment of approximately 200 people, helping our leaders navigate growth, restructures, and complex organizational challenges while ensuring we balance business goals with the needs of our people.
What will you do?
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in Operations, helping to shape people strategies that support high-performance and scalable teams.
- Provide confident coaching and constructive challenge to leadership teams, utilizing data and insights to inform complex people-related decisions.
- Lead on employee relations matters in Hungary, applying your expertise in local labour law while effectively balancing commercial needs and legal risk.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have significant experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced or scaling organization. You must possess a strong grounding in Hungarian labour law and have a proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change programs. We are looking for someone who is comfortable partnering with large operational teams and who can communicate effectively in English. You should be a thoughtful partner with high integrity, capable of using data analysis to support your judgment and unafraid to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
