What you bring
We are seeking a People Operations Working Student to join our Talent Team on a part-time basis at our location in Germany. You will be an essential part of our daily operations, helping us maintain excellence in our HR processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative tasks such as preparing contract amendments, work confirmations, and letters of reference.
- Coordinating our global onboarding program to ensure every new hire is fully integrated into our company culture, vision, and policies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our student community and maintaining accurate employee records within our HR management system.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally focusing on Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration. We value candidates who possess strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a high level of attention to detail. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and you must be fluent in English. While not required, we would love to see candidates who are also fluent in German or have previous experience with HR software like Hi-Bob.
