What is this role?
We are looking for a Mid-Level People Operations Specialist to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will serve as the backbone of our People Operations department, managing the entire employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building efficient processes and wants to play a key part in shaping our internal systems, compliance, and overall employee experience.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the onboarding process within Greenhouse, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating communications and managing essential tasks like background checks and equipment provisioning.
- Act as the primary administrator for Gusto, where you will manage payroll, benefits, and time-off tracking while continuously identifying ways to improve our internal workflows.
- Support our organizational culture and operations by maintaining our Notion-based Employee Wiki, assisting with performance management cycles, and helping to execute company-wide team gatherings.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information with complete discretion. You should be a systems thinker who enjoys documenting processes and finding ways to make them more efficient. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with tools like Gusto, Greenhouse, Notion, and Clerky will set you apart as a strong candidate.
