Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a fully remote position available to candidates authorized to work in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring our internal operations run with precision and care.

Your impact

• Drive our talent acquisition strategy by managing full-cycle recruitment and building a pipeline of top-tier professionals.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience to ensure every team member feels supported from their first day to their last.
• Maintain the integrity of our HR systems and administrative documentation to ensure we remain compliant and efficient as we grow.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for roles within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as developers, architects, or consultants.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience handling People Operations or general HR initiatives.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across all company initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
