About the Role
We are searching for a Senior People Operations Partner to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is the foundation of our HR department, where you will focus on maintaining smooth operations, rigorous compliance, and precise payroll management. You will act as a primary point of contact for our staff and leadership, balancing day-to-day administrative tasks with a proactive approach to improving our internal workflows and the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll for our French and international teams, utilizing Payfit and working closely with external providers to ensure total accuracy through regular audits.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, which includes drafting contracts, managing international visa requirements, and ensuring we remain compliant with local labor laws.
- Serve as the primary administrator for our HRIS, Personio, while maintaining high data integrity and driving the automation of our HR processes to improve efficiency across the company.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in People Operations, supported by a formal background in HR.
- Deep technical expertise in French payroll, specifically with the SYNTEC collective agreement and the Payfit platform.
- Strong command of French labor law, with any additional experience in international HR for regions like Spain or Germany considered a significant advantage.
- Advanced analytical abilities, including the capacity to handle complex Excel files, perform detailed audits, and manage data across multiple countries.
- Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English, as you will need to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and our internal Finance and Legal teams.
