- Coordinate performance cycles, engagement surveys, and feedback programs to foster a culture of growth and clear communication.
- Oversee benefits administration, compliance documentation, and employee experience initiatives like team-building events and recognition programs.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a detail-oriented project manager who loves bringing order to ambiguity. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth or remote-first environment. You are comfortable working with HR systems such as Rippling, Lattice, and Google Workspace. Because we are a distributed team, you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of leaders and teammates. You approach your work with high integrity, discretion, and empathy, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes to make work better for everyone.
