The opportunity

We are looking for a People Operations & HRIS Partner to join our global People Shared Services team in India. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of human resources and technology, allowing you to influence both the employee experience and the systems that power it. You will serve as a key point of contact for our team members and managers, ensuring that our policies are applied consistently while managing the technical configuration and optimization of our core platforms, HiBob and Greenhouse. It is a perfect fit for a problem solver who enjoys process improvement and wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

A day in the life

• You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing high-quality support to employees and managers through our case management system.
• You will act as a technical lead for our HRIS and ATS, translating business needs into system configurations, automations, and workflows that keep our operations running smoothly.
• You will champion data integrity by conducting audits, maintaining accurate records, and creating insightful reports that help our leadership team make informed decisions.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS administration. You possess a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and have a knack for translating complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. You are comfortable working within a global organization and have the analytical skills to manage data with high accuracy. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, and experience with HiBob or Greenhouse is highly preferred. Above all, you bring a customer service mindset and a passion for collaborating across different teams to improve processes.
