As a People Operations Generalist, you will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional employee experience through repeatable and scalable HR tasks, projects and programs. You will also serve as a dedicated total rewards operations resource on the People Operations International team, providing support for benefits coordination and administration with oversight from the regional Benefits Managers.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Benefits coordination and administration, including leave of absence administration.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners such as Legal, HRBPs and the regional Benefits Program Manager on complex/exceptional leave of absence cases.
• Intake and triaging of employee requests in Jira.
• Executing on defined, tier 1 People Operations processes and tasks, including new hire onboarding, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee and workplace experience, etc.
• Frequently working on undefined, tier 2 processes and escalations that require troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Partnering with HR Center of Excellence to absorb and deliver new processes and HR services.
• Partnering with People Operations Process Specialists to report process breaks, suggest process updates, build efficiencies and create automations.
• Participate in department and cross-functional projects

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations/HR Generalist/HR Coordinator experience.
• Minimum 2 years benefits administration/coordination experience with leave of absence administration experience.
• Experience with a ticketing system, such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience with the following tools - Jira, Workday, Slack, G-Suite
