What you'll be doing
- You will manage benefits coordination and administration, which includes overseeing leave of absence processes.
- You will handle the intake and triaging of employee requests through Jira while executing core People Operations tasks like onboarding and talent management.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot complex issues and work with our process specialists to improve and automate our internal HR services.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR and a desire to grow within the crypto space. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator roles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in benefits administration and leave management.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bonus points if you have prior experience using Workday, Slack, or G-Suite.
