The role

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, junior-level capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of remote work. You will act as the backbone of our operational excellence, managing the systems and workflows that support our employees from onboarding through offboarding. Core responsibilities

• Maintain and audit employee records across HRIS platforms to ensure data hygiene, accuracy in classifications, and compliance with internal and legal standards.
• Manage the People Jira queue by acting as the primary point of contact for system inquiries, policy questions, and access requests from our internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including logistics, background checks, and collaboration with Payroll and Legal teams to ensure seamless transitions.

Skills and experience

• Between 6 months and 2 years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably within a startup or a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and a proven ability to maintain clean, compliant employee data.
• Practical knowledge of benefits administration and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing support tickets or requests through tools like Jira or similar project management systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams like IT, Security, and Finance.

Compensation and benefits

We believe in fair and competitive pay that reflects both market conditions and the value you bring to our team. Our annual salary ranges are structured by geographic tiers:

• Tier 1: $70,000 to $77,900 USD
• Tier 2: $64,000 to $71,300 USD
• Tier 3: $57,000 to $63,700 USD
