The opportunity
As a People Mobility Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Mobility Manager. You will focus on optimizing our mobility programs, with a special emphasis on our campus in Buenos Aires. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their career, as it offers significant opportunities for upskilling and professional development. You will be the bridge that helps our talent navigate the complexities of relocation, ensuring that our team members can focus on doing their best work while we handle the logistics of their journey.
A day in the life
- You will manage immigration documentation and vendor relationships, ensuring all paperwork is audit-ready and handled with precision.
- You will coordinate the logistics of relocation, including booking travel, sourcing temporary housing, and facilitating banking or healthcare orientations for new arrivals.
- You will track and report on mobility status updates, ensuring that every stakeholder is informed and that our internal tracking systems remain accurate.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, international environment. You have a passion for talent mobility and are eager to apply your organizational skills to help others succeed. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively across our global offices.
- Prior experience in a facet of talent mobility, such as immigration, tax planning, or relocation management.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- A proactive, outside the box mindset that allows you to solve problems creatively.
