At Sifflet, we are building the world’s leading data observability platform to empower companies to make better decisions. Data teams often lose half their time troubleshooting quality issues, and our mission is to eliminate that frustration. By allowing engineers and data consumers to visualize data flows and pinpoint the root cause of anomalies, we are changing how businesses interact with their information. With 18M€ in funding from top-tier investors like Bessemer, Mangrove, and EQT, we are currently a team of 35 people across France, the UK, and the US, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us scale.
What is this role?
We are looking for an experienced People Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in our Paris office, this role is essential to our growth as we navigate our rapid expansion. You will serve as a key bridge between our departments and executive leadership, using your expertise in organizational design and talent management to help us structure our company for the future.
What will you do?
- Coordinate directly with our CEO to align our internal strategy with current and future business needs.
- Lead the development of our organizational structure by creating clear career paths, job descriptions, and team hierarchies.
- Design and manage comprehensive people strategies, including performance management, compensation programs, and professional development initiatives that reflect our core values.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who brings 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced, international setting. You should be comfortable navigating complex organizational challenges and possess a strong grasp of HR best practices, including leadership development and compensation planning. Because we operate in France, a solid understanding of local labor laws is highly valued. You must be proficient in both English and French to communicate effectively across our global team. Above all, we value analytical, goal-oriented problem solvers who are eager to foster an inclusive and supportive culture.
What's in it for you?
We offer a salary of 84000 EUR for this position. Beyond the financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
- Hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
- An equity compensation grant so you can share in our collective success.
- High-quality medical insurance through Alan.
- Access to wellness programs and fitness classes via Gymlib.
- A Swile card to cover your meals on working days.
- Generous paid time off.
