About the Role
This is a part-time position for a People Manager who will take ownership of our core people initiatives. You will balance hands-on operational tasks with strategic enablement, ensuring our internal processes support a high-quality employee experience. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition and Culture manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining a workplace culture defined by trust and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, ranging from structured onboarding processes to empathetic offboarding procedures.
- Oversee essential administrative functions, including contract management, payroll adjustments, leave administration, and ensuring full legal compliance.
- Facilitate performance reviews, career development frameworks, and appraisal cycles while acting as a neutral, confidential advisor for conflict resolution.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who brings energy and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You should be a proactive problem solver who values meaningful impact over perfection.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar capacity within a scaling organization.
- Strong proficiency in managing HRIS systems and maintaining compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build authentic relationships and act as a trusted, neutral party across all levels of the company.
- A pragmatic approach to balancing company culture with operational needs in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
Location
This role is based in the Netherlands and requires you to work on-site.
