Role at a glance

We are looking for a People Experience Partner to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position requiring approximately two years of experience, perfect for someone ready to deepen their expertise in manager coaching and employee relations while helping our people systems run with integrity and consistency.

Your impact

• Coach and advise managers on performance conversations, team dynamics, and development planning to ensure they can lead their teams effectively.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and sensitive situations, providing guidance that is both fair and consistent.
• Own core people processes, including performance review cycles and engagement surveys, to ensure feedback leads to meaningful action.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should have a background in Human Resources, People Operations, or HRBP roles, with a strong ability to influence without formal authority. Success in this role requires:

• Proven experience supporting managers through performance management and conflict resolution.
• The ability to navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment and high attention to detail.
• A mindset that values clarity as a form of care and a commitment to maintaining fairness across the organization.
• Fluency in English and a proactive approach to process improvement.
