We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Generalist to join our team in the United States, where you will help us maintain operational excellence and support our vibrant, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and general HR policies.
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record maintenance, and processing essential documentation.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience for all team members.
- Maintain accurate data within our HRIS systems to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate internal events and programs that foster employee engagement.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company standards while escalating employee relations matters to leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to refine internal processes and improve the overall employee experience.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role, ideally within a high-speed environment.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements like I-9 verification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
- Fluency in English.
