Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and general HR policies.
• Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record maintenance, and processing essential documentation.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience for all team members.
• Maintain accurate data within our HRIS systems to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal events and programs that foster employee engagement.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company standards while escalating employee relations matters to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to refine internal processes and improve the overall employee experience.

Must-haves

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role, ideally within a high-speed environment.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements like I-9 verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Fluency in English.
