We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our team in India on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us continue refining living experiences through innovation and collaboration.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders, including the CTO and VPs of Engineering, to provide strategic consulting and feedback on high-level initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for complex employee relations and labor issues, conducting objective investigations and partnering with Legal when necessary.
- Act as a change agent within your business unit to drive growth and ensure organizational objectives are met.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, government regulations, and labor laws to both management and staff.
- Analyze HR data to forecast trends and develop proactive solutions for workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Work alongside the Learning and Development team to identify training gaps and create content that supports employee growth.
- Attend management meetings to provide strategic insights, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Support our international executive team with HR matters and translate employee feedback into actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- Six to seven years of experience in an HR Business Partner or consulting role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the Engineering or Development sectors.
- Proven ability to maintain an executive presence and work closely with senior management.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable execution plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage competing priorities with urgency and flexibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- A technical background, such as a BE or B.Tech degree.
- A postgraduate degree, such as an MBA, PGP, or PGDM in Human Resources.
- Professional certifications in HR Analytics or HR Business Partnering.
