We are a product-led, distributed team, and we are looking for a People Admin Manager to join us in our Paris office to help maintain our operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Administrative Operations: You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including preparing legal contracts, handling onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Payroll and Benefits: You will oversee payroll processes across various geographies and manage employee benefits, including meal vouchers and healthcare plans.
- Office and Culture Management: You will partner with leadership to enforce hybrid work policies, manage office supplies and vendor relationships, and organize team events to foster our company culture.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a highly organized professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You should have a solid background in administrative tasks, payroll management, and customer-facing roles. Because we operate internationally, you must be fluent in both English and French. You should be tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and various HRIS platforms. Most importantly, you are a collaborative person who enjoys building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
