We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. Since our founding in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, we have been dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and convenient through technology. We have grown rapidly without external funding, achieving profitability through innovation and a disciplined approach. Today, we manage a portfolio of well-known brands including MedExpress, Dermatica, and ZipHealth, and we have seen our global revenue triple between 2023 and 2024. As we look toward 2025 and beyond, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our international growth and help us continue our mission of providing faster, personalized care to millions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for our UK and US entities in partnership with external providers like Moorepay and Gusto.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity by managing employee records within our HRIS, BambooHR, and performing regular payroll reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, pension regulations, and statutory requirements across all jurisdictions while preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing end-to-end payroll processes, preferably with exposure to both UK and US legislation.
- Proven technical proficiency with HRIS platforms, specifically BambooHR, and a strong desire to improve payroll automation and workflows.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free payroll in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a people-focused approach to resolving payroll and benefits queries.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working alongside our finance and leadership teams.
