Role at a glance
We are hiring six Payroll Specialists on a contractor basis. This junior-level role is based on-site at our Lynnwood, WA location and focuses on accurate, timely payroll delivery using ADP systems.
Your impact
- Process complex client payrolls in ADP EV5, ensuring every cycle meets strict deadlines and compliance standards.
- Handle quarter-end and year-end audits while maintaining accurate records for taxes, benefits, banking, and pension requirements.
- Keep the full enterprise payroll systems cycle running smoothly from start to finish.
What you'll need
One to two years of experience in multi-corporation or multi-state payroll, or equivalent work in customer service, human resources, benefits administration, or financial operations. A working knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, and wage and hour laws is preferred. You must be fluent in English and bring proven customer service skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, clear verbal and written communication, and a reliable, punctual approach to every shift.
Perks and compensation
This position pays $18 per hour. The role offers a contract-to-hire path, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and potentially move into a longer-term position with the team.
