About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Payroll HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on the administration and payroll management of our international employees. While you will work almost entirely remotely, you should be prepared to travel to our Stuttgart office on a regular basis to stay connected with our core team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the administrative and payroll support of a specific group of international employees, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and management regarding tax, social security, and labor law.
- Manage and coordinate external payroll providers across various countries, ensuring high quality and seamless integration with our internal HR processes.
- Execute payroll tasks using SAP HCM, assist with financial closings, and lead international HR projects to develop robust, scalable governance structures.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience in Human Resources and Payroll management. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with SAP HCM and has a strong grasp of time management and international payroll models. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as you will be communicating across borders and managing external partnerships.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere, provided you are available for regular business travel to our office in Stuttgart.
