About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US payroll operations. You will ensure that our payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient as we continue to scale our global platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of US payroll, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Own critical local payroll tasks, such as setting up involuntary deductions, reconciling liability payments, and evaluating union dues.
- Stay current with local regulatory changes and communicate these updates across the company to maintain full compliance.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in payroll, specifically within the US market.
- Advanced proficiency with payroll software solutions and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll matters clearly to employees and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
