What you'll be doing
- Review and maintain data within our in-house payroll systems to ensure total accuracy and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with our internal Benefits and Accounting teams to ensure all employee data remains current and precise.
- Provide essential support to our country-specific payroll processors by handling ad-hoc tasks and operational requests as they arise.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in data administration and a desire to grow your expertise in global payroll. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- Experience in a data administration role, ideally with at least one year of professional practice.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, as this is our primary language for communication.
- A proactive, productivity-focused approach to work and a passion for improving internal processes.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
What you'll get
