About the Role

We are looking for a Payroll Assistant Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with our Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager and partner with an experienced payroll administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, calculate, enter, and verify variable payroll data, such as overtime hours and sickness benefits.
• Manage personnel administration tasks, including processing final settlements and preparing departure documentation.
• Support the broader HR team by maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A degree or current enrollment in a Bac +2 program focused on management or human resources.
• Previous experience or internship exposure in payroll or human resources.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly master our internal software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, a rigorous attention to detail, and a strong sense of service.
• Fluency in both French and English to communicate effectively within our international team.

Location

This position is based in France and requires an on-site presence.
