The opportunity

We are seeking a Payments & Partner Experience Specialist to join our team in New York City. This is a senior-level role where you will play a vital part in ensuring our partners have a seamless, positive experience on our platform. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, taking ownership of the payment lifecycle. Your goal is to ensure every partner is paid accurately and on time while proactively identifying and resolving the root causes of any friction in the partner journey.

A day in the life

• Refine payment workflows by analyzing shift data to build and iterate on decision trees that ensure high-confidence, timely payments for our workers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product and marketplace teams to identify and remediate recurring issues that prevent partners from successfully completing their shifts.
• Design and manage support infrastructure to proactively address partner concerns, using data-driven insights to improve the overall platform experience and reduce the need for reactive outreach.
