About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships & Corporate Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this mid-level role, you will lead our B2B growth efforts in Paris and beyond. You will be responsible for driving occupancy in our Lofts and rooftop event spaces while cultivating long-term relationships with global companies, tech scale-ups, and creative industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand your own portfolio of corporate clients by proactively generating leads and closing long-stay and short-stay accommodation bookings.
- Position our rooftop meeting and event spaces as the premier choice for team retreats, workations, and corporate brainstorms.
- Maintain and optimize your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM while preparing performance reports to share key insights with our commercial team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of commercial instinct and a relationship-focused approach. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial hospitality.
- Fluency in both English and French, as you will be communicating with a diverse range of clients.
- A strong existing network within the Paris market, particularly in corporate travel, MICE, or relocation sectors.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid residency or a work permit for France.
Location
This position is based in France.
Compensation and Benefits
