We have built a vast, continuous environment on the Unity engine that is filled with diverse, user-generated content. Our community members craft everything from games and puzzles to complex scenes and artworks. Beyond traditional gaming, our platform serves as a vibrant metaverse where users gather for live music, conferences, and exhibitions. We began as a proof-of-concept for digital real estate ownership on the blockchain, and we continue to evolve into an ever-expanding world where anything is possible.
The role
We are looking for a proactive Partnerships Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position designed for someone who is highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing our influence by forging strategic relationships and managing our partner network.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our long-term vision and objectives.
- Maintain and nurture our partner ecosystem by managing a comprehensive CRM system within Notion.
- Coordinate the logistics and execution of in-person events and conferences to boost our brand visibility and strengthen existing relationships.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in partnership management, ideally working with large brands or agencies.
- A strong professional network and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with collaboration and design tools including Notion, Miro, Google Workspace, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience using Metabase for reporting and data analysis.
- A solid understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with bonus points for proficiency in Spanish.
- A proactive mindset and familiarity with the current landscape of social virtual worlds.
