We are Hey Jane, a leading telemedicine clinic dedicated to providing accessible reproductive and sexual health care, including abortion services. Since our launch in 2021, we have helped over 80,000 individuals receive safe and discreet care through our virtual platform. We are currently looking for a Partnerships and Community Outreach Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This senior-level role is based in Illinois and focuses on raising awareness that our services are covered by Illinois Medicaid, ensuring that low-income individuals can access the care they need without unnecessary financial barriers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to connect with Illinois Medicaid patients and health care providers, including identifying new growth opportunities through proactive research.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, advocacy groups, local clinics, and government entities to expand our referral network.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns, which include attending local events, conducting office visits, and leading grassroots initiatives to engage directly with our target populations.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Medicaid outreach and marketing specifically within the state of Illinois.
- A strong background in business development, sales, or account management with a focus on engaging local health care providers and organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating culturally sensitive outreach strategies that effectively reach diverse communities.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, track performance metrics, and report on the success of outreach efforts.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
What we offer
This position offers a salary of $36,000 USD per year. In addition to the compensation, you will benefit from our hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility as you carry out your outreach initiatives across the state.
