We are looking for a Lead Partnership Manager to join the team at picdrop. Since 2014, picdrop has served as a Berlin-based, photographer-driven platform that simplifies how creative professionals share, transfer, and manage images. Now a key brand within the saas.group portfolio, our tool is trusted by over 180,000 photographers and designers worldwide. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a strategic professional to help us expand our reach and deepen our connections within the global photography community.
Key outcomes
- Successfully integrate into our team and align with our existing marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement a scalable framework for identifying and securing new partnerships.
- Establish initial partnerships that contribute directly to our international growth.
- Drive brand awareness by scouting and managing relationships with influencers and collaborators.
- Build and nurture communities across various channels, including social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Threads.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of our partnership and collaboration projects.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to network and build lasting professional relationships.
- Proven experience in community building and managing collaborative projects.
- A solid understanding of photography and various digital marketing channels.
- Fluency in both English and German.
