ConnectWise is looking for a Partner Sales Executive

With a dedicated team of more than 3,000 colleagues across North America, EMEA, and APAC, we provide the tools that help our partners automate service delivery, manage their business operations, and secure their technology. We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Executive to join our team in the United States.

Key outcomes

  • Manage the full sales cycle to cross-sell new software solutions to existing partners within your assigned territory.
  • Achieve an annual sales goal of approximately $1.3 million in contract value.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline by balancing company-provided leads with proactive outbound prospecting, including 40 to 50 calls per day.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and capture whitespace opportunities within our product portfolio.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and implementation details to ensure successful deal closures that meet our margin standards.
  • Document all sales activities accurately and provide support to the broader sales team, including coaching or delegating tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within channels such as Managed Service Providers, Value-Added Resellers, or Technology Service Providers.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • Proven success in solutions-based selling and a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales processes, including negotiation and closing.
  • Strong understanding of the customer buying journey and the ability to adapt to new technologies or internal processes.
  • Professional communication skills suitable for high-level interactions via email, meetings, and industry events.
  • Fluency in English.
