Since our founding in 2005, we have pioneered software that helps mid-size and enterprise clients master territory planning, lead-to-revenue operations, and accurate incentive compensation. We are looking for a talented Partner Marketing Director to join our team and help us define the future of our industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive partner marketing programs tailored to the unique strengths and market focus of our partners.
- Manage co-marketing initiatives, including the creation of white papers, webinars, case studies, and events.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for partners to foster strong relationships and manage marketing development funds.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth by coordinating closely with our internal sales and partner teams.
- Implement KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize marketing ROI and share strategic insights across the organization.
- Develop an influencer engagement strategy to amplify our brand narrative and establish thought leadership within the SPM sector.
Must-haves
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in B2B marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in partner marketing, ideally working with global systems integrators or consultancies.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including Sales Performance Management or CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
- Proven ability to work proactively and drive projects to completion independently.
- Proficiency in using data to measure impact and guide strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or managing small teams.
- A Master’s degree or MBA.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong negotiation skills for managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
