The role
We are seeking a Partner Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for a strategic leader who can drive our partner marketing programs while shaping our category narrative. You will play a pivotal role in influencing our market presence and directly contributing to our pipeline and revenue goals through collaborative partnerships and thought leadership.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with the business objectives of both Varicent and our partners.
- Manage high-impact co-marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, white papers, case studies, and industry events.
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to measure the return on investment of partner programs and continuously optimize our strategies for maximum growth.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in B2B marketing and a passion for strategic collaboration. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years specifically focused on partner marketing, alliance management, or business development within the technology or enterprise software sectors.
- A deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, particularly regarding CRM or sales performance management solutions.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging narratives.
- Proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure marketing impact.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English.
