Since our founding in 2012, we have grown into a global organization operating in 11 countries. We are currently seeking a Partner Marketing Associate to join our team in São Paulo. Key outcomes

• Develop and execute the partner value proposition by creating compelling sales materials, including case studies, presentations, one-pagers, and videos.
• Collaborate with our partnerships and corporate communications teams to identify media opportunities that effectively showcase our brand to the wellness industry.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new partner launches to drive awareness and user growth.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, such as lead generation, user growth, and overall campaign success.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with fitness associations and partners in Spanish-speaking regions.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and partnership teams to ensure all efforts align with our broader business goals.
• Champion our mission by prioritizing your own wellbeing and fostering a supportive, balanced environment for your colleagues.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish, which is essential for regional collaboration.
• Fluency in English for global team coordination.
• Proven professional experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for clearly articulating strategies and goals.
• A proactive approach to navigating change and shifting market dynamics.
