The opportunity

We are looking for a Partner Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding process for our Banking as a Service platform. This is a foundational role where you will help build a high-impact team from the ground up. You will own the partner experience from the moment a contract is signed until the project goes live, acting as the primary technical guide for our partners. By bridging the gap between our internal product capabilities and our partners' unique business goals, you will ensure that every integration is seamless, efficient, and successful. You will be a key influencer in our growth, helping us acquire and expand strategic partnerships while defining the culture and processes of this new function.

A day in the life

• Lead the technical implementation process for new partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their business goals align with our product structure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to streamline onboarding and define internal processes.
• Develop essential resources, such as product documentation and technical examples, to help both internal teams and external partners operate more effectively.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with at least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, data integration, and partner delivery. You possess a deep technical understanding of APIs, HTTP, and related standards like REST, SOAP, and OAuth. You are comfortable visualizing complex data models and mapping them to real-world financial transactions. Beyond your technical skills, you are a strong communicator who can present solutions to diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines. You have a genuine interest in the fintech ecosystem, including the nuances of risk management and compliance, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can lead and mentor a growing team.
