The Sui Foundation is dedicated to fostering the growth and adoption of the Sui network, which is the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain built to empower developers and creators to craft unique Web3 experiences. We are looking for a strategic and creative Partner Events Marketing Manager to join us on a six-month contract to lead our global event initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of partner, executive, and ecosystem events, covering everything from initial project planning and vendor coordination to budget oversight and final reporting.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across all internal teams.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to establish clear event goals, messaging strategies, and performance metrics.
Maintain high standards for brand integrity and creativity across every event experience.

Must-haves

At least 8 years of professional experience in event production and planning.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects simultaneously.
Strong background in stakeholder management with a history of influencing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience working within the Web3, crypto, or emerging technology sectors.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, global work environment.
A flexible mindset, including the willingness to travel frequently and work irregular hours such as weekends or holidays.
Fluency in English.
