Key outcomes
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive, partner, and ecosystem events, covering everything from initial project planning and vendor coordination to budget oversight and post-event analysis.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across various internal departments.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish clear event objectives, audience strategies, and performance metrics.
- Maintain high standards of brand integrity and creativity across all event experiences.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in event production and planning.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams through exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- A deep understanding of the Web3, cryptocurrency, or emerging technology landscapes.
- Strong creative problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to thrive in a global, distributed, and remote work environment.
- High levels of flexibility, including a willingness to travel frequently and work non-traditional hours such as weekends or holidays.
