The Sui Foundation is dedicated to fostering the growth and widespread adoption of the Sui network. As the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain built from the ground up, Sui empowers developers and creators to craft innovative Web3 experiences across sectors ranging from gaming to finance. Our mission is to welcome the next billion users into the Web3 space by advancing the global adoption of our blockchain, all while working toward a future that provides universal access and individual ownership. We operate on core principles of transparency, open communication, and direct community engagement.

Key outcomes

Manage the full lifecycle of executive, partner, and ecosystem events, covering everything from initial project planning and vendor coordination to budget oversight and post-event analysis.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across various internal departments.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish clear event objectives, audience strategies, and performance metrics.
Maintain high standards of brand integrity and creativity across all event experiences.

Requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience in event production and planning.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams through exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
A deep understanding of the Web3, cryptocurrency, or emerging technology landscapes.
Strong creative problem-solving capabilities.
The ability to thrive in a global, distributed, and remote work environment.
High levels of flexibility, including a willingness to travel frequently and work non-traditional hours such as weekends or holidays.

Compensation

This position offers the benefit of a fully remote work environment.
