What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Partner Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though we prefer candidates who are based in the Eastern time zone to better align with our operational needs. You will serve as the primary advocate for our partners, ensuring their success while managing the technical and business integrations that keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with key decision makers at our partner organizations to identify new opportunities and create programs that drive joint sales results.
- Lead the development of partner account strategies, including annual business planning and conducting regular quarterly business reviews to track progress.
- Manage the end-to-end communication and coordination between our internal departments, such as engineering and marketing, and our external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 8 or more years of experience in sales and major account management, specifically within the digital signage, display, or audio-visual industries. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- A strong background in technical sales and a deep understanding of digital signage hardware and software ecosystems.
- Proven ability to negotiate with and build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Expertise in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce to track activities and report on account progress.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
